Important Information for All Clients! Before booking an appointment, please note that by proceeding with your booking, you are agreeing to the following policies. If you do not agree, we kindly ask you not to book. These guidelines help ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone. Thank you for understanding!

 
 
APPOINTMENTS
  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  •  If no spots are available, feel free to send a message to check for additional availability.
 
 
PAYMENTS
  • All payments made by card or digital methods will have a +€2.50 fee.
  • Cash payments are welcome, but please bring the exact amount. Contactless payments like Apple Pay (iPhone and Apple Watch) or tap-enabled debit/credit cards are also accepted.
 
 
SOLO APPOINTMENTS
  • Please attend your appointment alone.
  • The space is designed for a calm and relaxing experience, so we kindly ask that you respect this policy by not bringing a +1.
 
LATE
  • If you arrive 10+ minutes late, a €10 late fee will apply.
  • If the late fee is not paid, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
 
RESCHEDULING
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Failing to reschedule within this window will result in the loss of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the original appointment cost.
 
CANCELLATION
  • If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Cancelations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit and a charge of 50% of the booked service.
 
NO-SHOW
  • Missing your appointment without prior notice will result in being placed on the blacklist. You will not be able to book with us.
  • To book a future appointment, you will need to pay the full service amount upfront.
 
APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE USUAL WORK HOURS
  • Certain appointments outside normal working hours are available on the booking site and marked with an orange bullet.
  • Please pay attention to these time slots and their additional costs when booking and checking out.
 
VIP-APPOINTMENTS
  • If you'd like to book an appointment outside the available working hours on the booking site, there will be an additional cost of €15.
